CUBIC GARDENS

Due for completion by the end of 2020, Sky Gardens is the implementation of light, intimacy, and personal space.

The building is comprised of ten units each occupying one floor spanning approx. 3500 sqft. The modest square footage allows the building to be open on all four sides, bringing light and openness to every space. Balconies with large, mature trees and vines covering the overhead trellis give the roughly 500 sqft of outdoor space a sense of intimacy and privacy.
